Why build a pipeline when you are comfortable at this moment? Are you going to dig a well when you are thirsty or are you going to build the well before you need the water?

What is the pipeline I keep talking about? It's a stream of extra income. It's like you are laying a pipe from a water source to your house. That way, you won't need to carry buckets of water daily from the source to your house. It's just a smarter way to do something.
